About EarthScale®
The Founder Story
For years, four people solved the same problems from four different rooms. One was inside a system that was never built for her, learning its architecture so precisely she could one day redesign it from memory. One was asking an uncomfortable question in an empty apartment, refusing to look away until the answer became an entire body of work. One was moving through the highest rooms of corporate power, watching the same fracture appear at every altitude: real ambition, real capital, and still a gap nothing seemed to close. And one was quietly building the exact technical proof the others didn't yet know they needed.
What made the four of them work was temperament. Two move like builders: grounded, patient, allergic to shortcuts. One is the counterweight by nature, the one who finds the balance point between forces. And one carries the steadiness to execute once the alignment is found. Trust came slower than chemistry, earned in the hard questions and the disagreements that sharpened the partnership instead of breaking it.
What held them together — and what holds EarthScale® together — is Ubuntu. An ancient African philosophy whose most direct translation is simply: humanity. Its guiding principle is that an individual's well-being is inseparable from the well-being of the collective. I am because we are. Not as a tagline. As the actual operating logic of how this company was built and how every program inside it is designed.
That cadence is the proof of concept for everything EarthScale® does. We are the working model for the exact thing we are asking the world's frontline founders to trust is possible: that people with genuinely different relationships to power, capital, and belonging can build something together that none of them could build alone. We know the gap between who holds the knowledge and who holds the capital because we live inside it.
Sharee Adriazola
Co-Founder: CMO
Sharee founded MyGroove Design® in 2005 and has spent twenty years building brand, design, and growth strategy for organizations navigating complex public missions, including California Humanities, Pacific Community Ventures, and the African American Art and Culture Complex. Her work sits at the intersection of brand architecture, cultural strategy, and founder development, built on a methodology she tested on her own businesses before bringing it to clients.
At EarthScale®, Sharee leads cultural credibility with Global Majority founders, brand architecture, and cohort narrative, the design and facilitation of the Ubuntu framework, ICP design and founder-facing programming, and EarthScale's creative production and media. If a founder's story needs to be strong enough to earn the capital their work deserves, this is the person who builds it.
