Founder: Strategy + Ops + Community
Rebecca is a 12x founder with multiple exits. Each of Rebecca’s enterprises (2 nonprofit, 10 for-profit) have focused on addressing world challenges (education, climate, social justice) and providing an inclusive future for 100% of life. Rebecca currently owns Trellis, the home base for climate resilience in San Francisco, and is proud to steer EarthScale from this environmental hub.
SHAREE ADRIAZOLA
Founder: Strategy + Brand + Accelerator Architect
Sharee is a founder, brand strategist, and accelerator architect focused on storytelling, equity, and ecosystem design, with deep expertise in scaling mission-driven ventures. She has launched businesses and platforms that center creative equity and cultural impact, including MyGroove Design®, The Creative Incubator Program, and MxM Vibes. As CMO and co-founder of EarthScale, Sharee leads brand and growth strategy to drive inclusive climate solutions at scale.
