About EarthScale
EarthScale is a climate accelerator bridging founders, funders, and partners to scale Indigenous and women-led climate solutions. We exist to remove barriers, unlock capital, and nurture ecosystems where innovation, justice, and regeneration thrive together. From Silicon Valley to Tulsa, we’re building a new model for inclusive climate leadership — one rooted in Indigenous wisdom, global collaboration, and bold ambition.
About US
Our Theory of Change
We believe that when you support underrepresented climate innovators with the right tools, trust, and community, you unlock new pathways to solve global problems.
EarthScale’s impact is built on three pillars
-
To Silicon Valley, San Francisco, Oakland, Los Angeles, Tulsa, and other key climate hubs.
-
Programs, mentorship, and community designed for scalable climate innovation.
-
Seed capital and strategic funding for companies solving real-world environmental and social challenges.
Why we built EarthScale — and where we’re going.
Our Story
EarthScale was born from a shared belief: the climate crisis can’t be solved without equity, and equity can’t be achieved without centering historically excluded voices. Our founders — creators, strategists, and operators — saw firsthand how Indigenous and women-led solutions were often overlooked despite their deep impact potential.
We created EarthScale to change that. By connecting visionary founders with mentorship, capital, and red-carpet access to global innovation hubs, we accelerate solutions rooted in community, resilience, and systems-level change.
We don’t just support startups — we cultivate ecosystems that regenerate people, place, and planet.
